I (Robert A. Parker, ScD, CStat) am a scientist who does statistics. My primary focus is providing services to other scientists. As such, my standards are based on those of the peer-reviewed scientific community.
Usually I work alone. Depending on the needs of a specific project, however, other statisticians, statistical programmers, database programmers, or other special staff might be recruited (and all have been in the past). Although some data management services are available (e.g., form creation / review), full service data management would be available only under extraordinary circumstances to long-term collaborators. We do not provide programming or data management services intended to meet audit standards for 21CFR11 for submission to the FDA or another regulatory body, although we will be happy to recommend other groups able to provide such services, should your project require this level of support.
